ABOUT

I've spent nearly two decades on both sides of the hospitality marketing equation — inside storied brands and alongside owners and developers building something new.
 

My foundation was built at Starwood Hotels and Resorts, crafting digital marketing strategies for some of the most iconic names in the industry: St. Regis, W Hotels, and The Luxury Collection, among others. I was later, at The Leading Hotels of the World, where I led the Digital Marketing Department, that my passion for independent hospitality truly took root.  Working with the most visionary independent properties in the world, I came to deeply understand what great hospitality actually requires: the love and labor, the craft, the intuitive service, the years of vision it takes to create something genuinely extraordinary. That reverence has shaped everything since.

The agency side brought a different kind of education. Working alongside property and brand teams, I helped shape the direction of some of the most exciting lifestyle brands in the world: Proper Hotels, Equinox Hotels, Waldorf Astoria, The LINE, and NoMad Hotels, among others. It also sharpened a clear point of view on what it takes for brand and performance to truly work in concert.
 

What years of working alongside owners and operators has made undeniable is what actually matters: heads in beds and people in seats. Vanity metrics have their place, but follower counts, award mentions, and traffic that doesn't convert is ultimately just noise.
